My wife bought the vibration trainer as part of her latest regime to lose weight. I have to say that it gets used a lot and it has helped her to tone up and encouraged her to persist achieving a body shape she feels happier with.

I was sceptical because as a person who has always gone on runs, I believed in there only being one route to getting physically sorted however when it arrived I found myself using it and what it has done for me is to increase my leg tone.
