We've had our vibration trainer for a while now and I have to say it's the best thing we've bought for ages. The whole family use it almost every day and already my wife says she feels much more supple - she has now started doing the full exercise program with it.

My daughters both use it before going to school and I usually do 20 minutes in the evening - it's in our lounge and we watch TV while exercising, and it really is as quiet as you claimed! Thank you.
